It has been 38 years since Kashiwaya opened in Osaka Senriyama. Throughout the years, we have always wanted to show the wonder of Japanese culture to the rest of the world, and now we are finally taking that first step, with the opening of Kashiwaya Hong Kong.

Japanese cuisine begins and ends with the four seasons. The tale of the seasons is expressed and realized in each course, together with a mixture of modern tastes and trends, providing guests of Kashiwaya Hong Kong with an opportunity to allow their hearts and minds to frolic and play.

In addition to the “ryori” (cuisine) that tells the story of the seasons, we also provide “shitsurai” (seasonal decorations) to bring out the comfort in the cuisine, and “goyomuki” (service) that we provide in accordance with our guests’ needs.
