I truly look forward to your visit

Having learned to provide guests with “an opportunity to allow their hearts and minds to frolic and play” in Japan, I would now like to have our guests here in Hong Kong experience the same enjoyment of the four seasons of Japan in the same way.

I, Jun Takahashi, have been selected for the role of Head Chef at Kashiwaya Hong Kong. Twenty years after beginning my journey as a chef at Kashiwaya, I take great pleasure in the opportunity to help spread the world of Kashiwaya to Hong Kong. I truly look forward to your visit.
