Quinoa kuzu tofuキヌアの葛豆腐

湯がいたキヌアを葛と練り、もちもちとした葛豆腐に。
薄黄身がかったキヌアが葛と練り合わさることで透明な輝きを放ち、
まるで天の川を切り取ったように、七夕の季節の彩る一品。
Boiled quinoa is kneaded with kuzu, creating a chewy kuzu tofu.
Kneading the lightly-yolked quinoa with kuzu gives it a clean shine, as if it were cut from the Milky Way. A decorative dish for Tanabata season.
