Kokuu – Rikka- Sinryoku no koro -

In Osaka, after cherry blossoms of the Osaka Mint Bureau finish,
it seems like the town come back to normal and send short spring gently.
Air is getting clearer and the sky become clear for a while.

Besides the bustle of cherry blossoms watching, trees change their colours on mountains quietly.
Mountains in distant deepen their green and paint mountains with their young leaves.
It seems like new young lives competing their individual colour and makes us feel freshness of young power.

New green season is very short, and if you are not careful, the time just passes through us.
Early summer ingredients are also fresh just like new green.
The taste also refreshes us as well.

We will prepare dishes which you can enjoy early summer ingredients
and also some tastes from end of spring around Kokuu, end of April.
After Rikka, 5 May, we will prepare dishes which you can enjoy early summer tastes fully.
(Pike eel, sweetfish, Kamo aubergine will be served after 5 May.)
