Soko-Ritto- 「霜降」〜「立冬」 -
Koharu-Biyori

From late spring to early autumn, there is a heavy rain and sometimes a typhoon comes to Japan. From late autumn until early summer, we have a calm and comfortable weather like spring for a short time.

In Japan, there is a word, “Koharu-Biyori.”
Ancient Japanese people called “Koharu” for the season like spring in the early winter and “Koharu-Biyori” for its calm weather. Their thoughts went to the calm weather like “haru(spring)” since the strict winter came after that.

In Osaka, there are many delicious ingredients, such as crab, yellowtail, and tilefish, before winter. In Kashiwaya, we will offer our specialities which these ingredients are used.
