海外のお客様向けの特別イベントのご案内です。
The relationship between Japanese cuisine and the seasons is inseparable — and it is with this in mind that we wanted to create a space where international guests can develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of Japanese cuisine.
In collaboration with My Concierge Japan, our reservation partner, we are delighted to present a series of interpreted dining experiences.
Dates have been arranged by language:
24th September 2026 — English interpretation
25th September 2026 — Chinese interpretation
Rather than simply sitting down to enjoy a meal as one ordinarily would, this is a dining experience where guests can converse directly with the chef and restaurant staff through an interpreter — gaining an understanding of the meaning behind each dish, the tableware, the presentation, and the room’s arrangement, and coming to appreciate the profound connection between Japanese cuisine and the seasons.
We hope it will be an experience that reveals the true depth and beauty of Japanese cuisine.
