Kashiwaya’s worldview has been learned by observing the closeness that the Japanese people of ancient times felt toward nature and their appreciation of the beauty of the changing seasons.

Dining Roomsお部屋

数寄屋建築の名匠・中村利則氏の設計による数寄屋造りの佇まい。
茶室を含めた趣の異なる七部屋の客間がございます。

The rooms were crafted in the sukiya style by the master sukiya architect Toshinori Nakamura.
Our restaurant has seven rooms each with a different feel, such as a traditional Japanese tea house.
