スイスのサンモリッツにて、1月29日から2月3日にかけて開催された6日間にわたるグルメイベント、サンモリッツグルメフェスティバルに参加致しました。
1994年から始まったこのイベントは、今年で30周年を迎え、世界の三つ星シェフが10名集まり、30starsをテーマに開催されました。

ST.MORITZ GOURMET FESTIVAL 2024
We participated in the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival, a six-day gourmet event held in St. Moritz, Switzerland.
This year marked the 30th anniversary of this event, which started in 1994. 10 three-star chefs from around the world gathered for the event, which was held under the theme of 30stars.
