ミシュランガイド京都・大阪2024に、柏屋 大阪千里山は三つ星、ミシュラングリーンスターとして掲載されました。

三つ星は14年連続、ミシュラングリーンスターは4年連続の獲得となります。

柏屋にお越しくださるお客様、食材の生産者様、様々なサポートをいただいている業者様、共に働くスタッフ達があっての評価です。いつも心より感謝しています。

また、Relation Fishをはじめ、持続可能な食の未来を目指し取り組んでいます。引き続き精力的に活動して参ります。

Kashiwaya Osaka Senriyama was awarded three-Michelin-stars and a Michelin Green Star in “Michelin Guide Kyoto Osaka 2024″.
This is the 14th consecutive year that the three stars have been awarded and the 4th consecutive year that the Michelin Green Star has been awarded.
We appreciate the guests who come to Kashiwaya, the food producers, the vendors who support us in various ways, and the staff who work with us. We are always grateful for their support.
We are also working towards a sustainable future for food, starting with Relation Fish. We will continue to work vigorously to achieve this goal.
